INTERIOR DESIGN DOCUMENTATION
AKKD has a special expertise in providing Interior Design documentation in both CAD & REVIT for all the phases starting from schematic design to the CD set.
We take care of all the ADA requirements & make sure that all drawings are coordinated avoiding any design clashes in future.
All we need are the design ideas (DD PRESENTATION), architect's set & sketches from the designer to produce the documentation.
We also propose our own construction/joinery details for designer's approval in order to save designer's time.
TILE/STONE/TERRAZZO SHOPS
AKKD provides shop drawings for all kinds of tile/stone/terrazzo whether its internal or external cladding or landscape requirements.
We are well versed with the complete transitions/fixing/corner details/ expansion joints etc. due to immense experience with multiple clients.
All we need are architectural set, material specifications to give a shop drawing set.
Our service also covers the revision in drawings post comments from approval (RnR)
MILL WORK/ METAL SHOPS
AKKD provides complete set of mill work or metal work shop drawings taking care of all the international standards followed for construction.
Every vendor has there own standard joinery details & we make sure to make our drawings in compliance with the vendors standards.

3D VISUALIZATION/PRODUCT MODELLING
AKKD provides 3D visualization services to the architects. We also involve our in house architects in the 3D Visualizations for better understanding of the concept & delivering a quality product in lesser turn around time.
AKKD also deals in product modelling. Our designers & product modelling work together to achieve the model basis on just an image provided by client.
